A dedicated article about your product, written by us and clearly labelled as sponsored. We’ll tell you upfront if we don’t think we can write it credibly.

Affiliate partnership

If you run an affiliate or referral programme, we’ll consider featuring your products in the relevant buying guides on commission, with no upfront cost. We already do this with Amazon, so the mechanics are in place.

Promoted spot on a city guide

Cafés can pay for a promoted space on their city page. It appears above or alongside the editorial list, marked as promoted, with your name, photo, a short description and a link. Priced per city and per month.

Placement

Banner or in-content placement across a city, a country, or the buying guides. Useful if you’re launching in a specific market.

How we handle paid placement

Promoted spots are labelled. Paid placements are marked as promoted and sit separately from the editorial list, so readers can tell the difference.

The editorial top five isn’t for sale. Those picks come from what we can verify: sourcing, preparation and local reputation. Buying a promoted spot doesn’t move you into them.

We keep editorial control of our own words. You’ll see a draft of anything we write about you and can correct factual errors, but not rewrite our assessment.

Rates

We price per project rather than publishing a rate card. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll come back with a figure and what it includes.
